I purchased these today! Red and Yellow Raspberries. I’m excited to make Yellow Raspberry Jam and Raspberry Jalapeño Jam. This will go down tomorrow and I will add in the comments how it gioes. Not only are these local but also organic.

So I made my jam today and it has turned out delicious. This would be a first for the yellow raspberry and the raspberry jalapeño jam. I did use a new low sugar pectin but Ball
ReplyDeleteand it seem to have made my jam a bit more thick and gelatinous than I am used too. With that said they taste very yummy.
